OCIA
- Have you considered becoming Catholic? Would you like to learn more about the Catholic Faith? You are invited to explore OCIA, the Order of Christian Initiation of Adults. It is the process used by the Catholic Church to welcome new adult and older child members. Classes will be held on Wednesday evenings from 7-8:30pm in Room 1. Catholic Appeal
- We continue to need help in reaching out Appeal Goal. If you are able to give, please visit the website at www.catholicnh.org/nhca or bring your gift envelope that includes your donor ID and parish ID and drop it in the collection basket at Mass next weekend. We thank you for your generosity!

Book Club
Our next book group will begin October 19. In honor or St. John Paul II's feast day on October 22, we'll be reading St. John Paul II the Great: His Five Loves by Jason Evert. Two options are Monday mornings at 10:30 per the reading schedule (to be announced soon!) or Monday night, November 23, to discuss the entire book. Contact Cheri' to purchase the book through her or buy it on your own.

As we near Thanksgiving, the Food Pantry has learned that the NH Food Bank will not be providing turkeys for the food baskets this year.
How can you help?
We will be providing Market Basket or Walmart gift cards to families to purchase their turkeys. Donations of these gift cards are greatly appreciated.
Also, we are running low on Progresso Soups. Our older clients, in particular, can make a full meal out of a can of Progresso. We welcome donations of Progresso Soup cans.

CYO Basketball
Registration for the 2026-2027 CYO Basketball Season is now open. There are divisions for girls in grades 3-8 and boys in grades 3-12. Players in grades 3-8 can play for a parish team or for their Catholic elementary or middle school team, while boys in grades 9-12 can play for a parish team. Players of all skill levels are welcome.
Teams usually practice once a week beginning in November and have one weekend game per week December through February. Playoffs are in March. There are no games during school breaks. Teams compete to become their division State Champion to represent their school or parish in the New England Regionals, this year being held in Boston.
Catholic School girls and boys in grades 3-8 can register through their Athletic Department. Those that don’t attend a Catholic School or are homeschooled can play for a parish team and can register using the link below. If your parish does not have a team in your division the CYO board will assist in creating a multi-parish team to join.
High school boys may register to play on a parish team using the link below. The only restriction is that a player cannot also play on a NHIAA school team. If a high school aged player registers for parish participation and gets rostered on a NHIAA school team their registration fee will be refunded. If your parish does not have a high school team, the CYO board will assist in creating a multi-parish team to join.

- Bishop Guertin is looking for additional host families for international students attending BG. They are looking for households who have a spare bedroom and would enjoy welcoming a student into their home.
